Residential Demolition
This project consisted of the demolition of a rundown single family home located in Minneapolis. Demolition and removal or all building debris took place in one day. The excavation of the basement will follow next.

Restaurant Demolition
This project consisted of the demolition of a small two story commercial building in downtown Robbinsdale. The excavation for the new building took place immediately after all debris was removed from the site.

Garage Demo and Garage Slab Prep
This project consisted of the tear down of an old garage followed by preparing for the new garage slab. All work was completed in one day.

Stormwater Pond Clean Out
The city of Plymouth needed a stormwater pond cleaned out due to a buildup of stormwater sediment. Excavators and skidsteers were used to clear out the sediment.

Basement Shoring

Subfill and Backfill

Run down single family home being demolished in Minneapolis, Mn. Operator is in the process of compiling the housing debris into the basement where it will then be loaded into a container truck, brought to a landfill, and sorted. Job was completed in one day which satisfied many of the neighbors. Temperature was -2 F that day
Here two operators are placing rip rap along the crow river in Watertown, Mn. The stream banks have eroded over time and the placement of this rip rap will help prevent future stream bank erosion.
